On a daily basis we get to communicate to different people. Learning interpersonal skills is a must in order to adjust to everybody. This book shows us the importance of effective communication. The ideas are helpful to improve our confidence and to be able to express our feeling through speaking.
A very academic book, well supported by research. I think most people would opt for a less academic and more instructive book on the subject but I prefer the validated, academic work. If you have trouble communicating with others, try this book.
